I am looking into juicing and wondering what the pros/cons are and also how people track it? Do you just input all of the vegetables/fruits into your tracker? Any recipes/tips? Thanks!

I'm curious as well...0

you slowly increase the dose over time until you reach a max and then you taper back off. After a few months your test...
I'm sorry, wrong juicing.
(and HELL no to those wondering)0 -
I'd look to see if someone has added the nutriton for just the juice and add that.0

Juicing. Two different meanings. Glad this is about the healthy one.
I'd enter all the calories. The other option is complicated.
Depending on the juicer, some of them keep a lot more of the fibrous material in the juice. With one that gets rid of the fibrous parts, you could subtract by weight of the residue. I measure everything with a kitchen scale, so scraping the bits back into a scale wouldn't be much trouble for me, but you'd have to do that for each individual fruit/vegetable. And it still wouldn't be 100% accurate because you would have variations in how much of the fiber you get to consume, and you would be consuming more of the fruit sugars, so more of the calories, but not as much of the fiber.0 -
search for the fruit, then subtract the fiber from it0

I did a 5 day cleanse. I did not log it. There is just no way. BUT the caloric intake of JUST JUICE ... especially fresh would be very hard to determine.. The KIND of produce, seasonal or sweetness, size, ripeness.. etc.. SO many variables. BUT It was so dang worth it. Even if it one a day, every other day.. what ever... it is good. Ilove being able to make a boat load of fresh seasonal juice to order.. Orange juice right now... oh man.. Message me if you have more questions.. I did make a very amateur Youtube video covering the 5 day fast.. i will put the link in for ya. You will have to select the text highlight it and put it in a search bar. GOOD LUCK ! And don't let anyone talk you out of it. Try it once. It is pretty cool .

It is a slap dash video. but .. I used all very normal , easy to get fresh/frozen produce, and it is a $50 GE juicer that does JUST as good as my bosses $300 fancy schmancy one.0
