Cheat Days & Pilates Calories!!

Hi All!
Does everyone give themselves 'cheat days'? I do, more like 'cheat weekends' :o)
I'm pretty good all week but then I go a little Crazy come Friday night, Saturday night and oh yeah Sunday night!!!! I get lazy about putting down how many calories I eat! In my head i reckon this is ok because I teach up to 10 Pilates Classes per week, I don't put down the amount of calories burned for 10 classes, I just put down the calories burned for 1 class at the end of the week as i partake in only some of the exercises per class! Am I crazy or should I account for every calorie??? Thing is I'm still at the same weight!?!?

What do you guys think?? Xx
