    Actually, I was just looking for some funny answers in the Chit-Chat, Fun, and Games section. I actually do both, though my squats and deadlifts are limited due to a recent knee surgery. Good that you guys made sure to be insulting . . . .

    Lifting sets of 10 @ 225 on bench, 90 for curls, 120 for dumbell rows. Getting there.

    Skinny fat is a body type, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with exercise choice.

    I think slow is the proper term for anyone who needs a sundial to time their 5ks.
