I mess up today guy's. I made my dinner separate from my family and still ate what they ate. I fried fish and French fries for the family and made me 3 oz bake salmon, brown rice and sautéed tomatoes and spinach. I need some will power. Don't get me wrong I didn't go all crazy and ate 2 or 3 pieces of fish and a plate full of fries. I'm just mad at myself because I've been staying away from fried foods

One day isn't the end of the world. I promise you'll be fine. Just enjoy what you ate, don't feel guilty and get back on track tomorrow. You don't need to punish yourself for indulging.0
