Hi,
I'm Laura too- and I'm 50!!!
Good for you to do this for yourself instead of someone else. I'll be rooting for you.
You've done it before, you can do it again

Go for it Laura! This time it's not a diet... it's a lifestyle change! Positive affirmations reminding yourself that this is your new way of life will help you to stick with it after you are thin and healthy again! You can do it!

Hi Laura! You can do this, girl! :flowerforyou:
Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.

Wow, Laura.. I just joined and was actually looking for a friend of mine when yours came up. Let me just say that alone the fact that you've been able to get down to 110 twice before is amazing to me. I'm 20, 5'1, and have been overweight my entire life... I hit 200lbs by middle school and 300lbs by the time I graduated high school. When I started what I call "health boot camp" with my cousin a month ago I had absolutely no confidence that I'd ever be able to make it down to 250 or 200, let alone 110! I'm still horrible with staying motivated to keep going with this because although I've lost almost 20lbs since June 5th, I still can never see myself as someone who's not overweight or not morbidly obese for that matter. Now that I know it can be done maybe it will help me to push forward on days I want to give up.
