Easy, lo cal, lo fat milk-free pumpkin pie recipe

Use the recipe on the back of the pumpkin can.

1) Instead of sugar add splenda.(Tho a tsp or two of sugar will sort of "activate" the sweetness.)

2) Instead of a can of eagle condensed milk use a solution of 50%
egg whites or eggbeaters and 50% soy milk, rice milk, or skim milk.
