Looking for folks who can inspire, motivate, encourage, and kick me when need be. I started losing weight back in 2010, sometime in June, I believe. I went from 189 to 163 and felt pretty good. Then... I suffered some health issues, thyroid issues and some other stuff and the weight crept back. Now... I am trying to get back to 163.

It is very frustrating because I am having a difficult time getting even a pound to stay off.
