I've recently purchased sensa was wonder if anyone out there has tried it and if so has it been successful
Also ive heard a lot about pea protein drink from Doctor oz suppsoe to control hunger alday someone let me know plz! Thanks

My personal opinion of Doctor Oz?
He'll sell you a baconator from Wendy's as a healthy protein source if Wendy's paid him enough.
Sensa is used by one of my friends who is allergic to dairy/gluten... She said they're pretty pricey too.
A regular protein shake will make you feel full as well- because it's protein.
I've heard sensa tastes really good though... haven't been brave enough to try it myself.0 -
I use pea protein in my smoothies, it does not control hunger all day, but it does have a lot of protein. I'm not sure if there is a ready made pea protein drink out there, but I'd be wary of the taste. It's not the most pleasant tasting protein out there.0
