I made the BEST holiday fix! If you can't keep away from Pumpkin Pie this is such a treat and isn't EVEN CLOSE to what you would consume in one small piece of pie and you feel full esp. if you eat it with fat free gram crackers or animal crackers work too!

Serves One Person

Ingredients
Libby's - Canned Pumpkin, 1/2 cup
Kraft Cool Whip - Fat Free , 2 Tbsp
Spices - Nutmeg, ground, 0.1 tbsp
Spices - Cinnamon, ground, 0.1 tbsp
Sugars - Brown, 0.5 tsp packed packed

Fold all together!
Enjoy :)

Total:
Calories - 70
Carbs - 15
Fat - 1
Protein - 2
Sodium - 11
Sugar - 7

This works great for party dip too! Just triple or quadrop. the recipe. I just made it for one since I was the only one eating it :)

"Pie" implies crust. Misleading title is misleading.

I agree, this is a recipe for pie filling. Adding a crust and making it a pie would probably add at least another 50-100 calories.

Still sounds yummy though, shame I have no idea where to find canned pumpkin in Sweden.

i said you can use crackers and or fat free grams. use a gram for one personal serving if you want. crush it up and put in on the bottom. BOOM! pie! lol

this sounds yummy! I also make the real deal in a glass pie pan without the crust (I don't like the crust) serves the same as if it had the crust.

    Cool Whip???

I'm pretty sure pumpkin pie twice a year isn't why I gained weight. I'll tick with my fat free condensed milk. I like my pie without the trans fats.

This sounds great! I'll have to give it a try.

Around the holidays Jello sometimes has a sugar free Pumpkin Spice pudding that's really good.

If you're really looking for a good crust try a walnut crust. Cooking Light magazine says it takes out over 200 cals PER SLICE of pie! It's made with crushed walnuts with a few tablespoons of vodka - you don't even taste the vodka though. It bakes up a little darker than regular crust, but it's really tasty and has now become my family's go-to pie crust.
