There's a food chain locally, Tudor's Biscuit World. Best biscuits you'll ever eat. They have insane breakfast sandwiches. The one I like is called "The Duke". It's a big fluffy buttery biscuit, with plenty of REAL crispy thick bacon, REAL egg (they'll even make it over easy if you liek the yolk to run some), REAL cheese, and a crispy hash brown. God I'd hate to know how many calories are in it. I plan on getting one as a "cheat meal" at some point, it's been forever. I could eat those every day if I wasn't worried about the calorie count.

Their food is probably LETHAL in terms of health, but I guarantee if you're ever in Appalachia you HAVE to splurge on just one.

I'd eat just what I eat now which is mostly everything that was mention. I just use portion control and I make it slightly different than how other people may make it.
