I feel spaced out.
My eyes go all kind of starey and I find it hard to focus.
My mind becomes foggy.
I feel tired.
I find myself biting and picking at my fingers. ( no, I'm not trying to eat them!)
I feel hungry ish but for some reason don't really fancy anything to eat.
I feel kind of buzzy.
So if you don't eat enough, you become a hipster? That's heavy. Keep your intake up, friends don't let friends hipster.0 -
I can't say I've ever under-eaten, sure when I have a sickness bug where I can't hold anything down, but that's to be expected, and is rare for me- I'd usually eat gingernut biscuits which helped and sleep so wouldn't feel any side effects.. At one point I even had such bad anxiety I couldn't keep anything down. However, I always calmed myself down and ate again. But anyway off topic. I think if I under-ate on purpose or accidentally, I would probably feel quite dizzy, and extremely hungry.0
