weigh in time again....the week flys. I am showing up 2 pounds :( That's OK Lent start's today and I didn't stay with my fibre this week but I never missed on the exercise so I am Ok with it. Have a great week.

  • Back to 10lbs lost. I just hope I can keep going. there hasn't been much for exercise this last week so I better get back to it! Go Canada Go!

    Hey Canadians!!
    Weigh in today! 134.9 lbs. :laugh: lost 0.1 pounds since last week, which i find a little ironic b/c i was at my sisters all weekend, eating from their restaurant every day. I was so sick all weekend b/c of this, eating greesy food and whatnot. terrible for my digestion. feel a lot better now eating what im used to. exercise has been non existant . . . last time was last thursday i think. AND i baked cookies tonight. im not doing so good. oh geez.. My husband and I are going to the spa this weekend, so a nice little get away, but I think i'll be taking food with me and keeping in the fridge in our room. so much change for my stomach. but hopefully this little vacationwill help to relax and decrease my stress.

    I'm doing pretty good. Had my bowl of cereal for a good night sleep snack. LOL

    I made a great new recipe for supper - apricot lemon chicken -- yummy
