Wonderful Compliment

I ran into our facilities manager this morning who I don't see on a regular basis. We said hello and exchanged polite chit chat. She just came by my office and told me that she didn't recognize me this morning and what a wonderful job I've done at losing weight. So nice to hear since I've been feeling like I'm stuck in a slump for the past few weeks. I've found it hard to recognize the progress I've already made, particularly since my weight loss has slowed to a crawl, and this was such a nice way for me to remember that I should be proud of what I've already accomplished.
