Body transformation without weightloss or Pant size decrease

:grumble: I started being truely commited to my fitness lifestyle in August; since then there hasn't been a week that I haven't worked out, or logged my food. Although I have been working out for years, Never have I been so consistent with good eating and working out..Yep, I'm so proud of myself!

Comparing my body from August until now (about a 4month time span) My weight has gone down a couple pounds, and then back up. However, when I look in the mirror, My body looks So much different than It did back in August: My midsection in totally slimmer --which is where I carry all my weight.

Here's my issue: Although I know you're not supposed to go off the scale because it can be very misleading, I still find it frustrating that the numbers aren't budging.
Also, I'm still Wearing the same size pants,...I thought with how different my body looks compared to Four months ago, that My dress size would've atleast gone down one size?

Has anyone had a similar experience?? or are my eyes playing tricks on me and I'm really just the same as before. LOL.

I know measuring helps, but I suck at it and seem to measure differently each time.
