Full Body Cleanse

I have been considering doing a full body cleanse. I have tried a couple from GNC in the past, and they did absolutely nothing! Does anyone have any suggestions for a good homemade body cleanse that will actually work?

    I like Ivory soap. They claim it's 99.9% pure...
    Don't know about homemade. I guess you need animal fat and lye...careful with the lye, it's caustic.

    I make body scrubs using brown sugar and coconut oil. I only use it on the outside but I guess you could eat it too. I generally rely on my internal organs to keep my insides clean though.

    Save your money. Cleanses have never been proven to do anything. If it ends up "helping" it will probably be more in your head than actual results...the old placebo effect. No "toxins" will magically leave your body because you ingested a certain pill, drank juice, or mixed up a certain powder.

    What do you want it to do? It did nothing, because nothing is needed...Your body does a good job doing all the "cleansing"all by itself...It's got handy things like kidneys and liver and a few other squishy organs to do all that...
    Save your money, go buy some healthy food and enjoy.....
