Menu Planning?

So I've found that it's much easier to control my diet if I have a menu for the week planned out. I assume other people do this too so the question is how do you do it? Does anyone know of a good menu planning website? I've been using pepperplate.com but I find it to be frustrating at times. It doesn't work well from an outdated browser (which I'm stuck with at work) and entering everything through my phone is super tedious even with the app.

Anyone have another solution? Online only is fine but if there's an iphone app available that syncs with the online site that would be nice.

I'd like something though where my wife and I both can see the menu and make changes. Can't do that very easily with pen/paper :/

At Staples they carry a stationary line by Martha Stewart that has a great peel-and-stick weekly planner that I have on my fridge. I keep a dry erase marker beside the fridge and write the menu on the fridge as I plan. I find this works for me because my cookbooks are close at hand. Also, I have a magnetic pad of papers on my fridge that say "All out of:" and have tick-boxes for common grocery items and lines where you can add your own. So, through the week I keep track of staples as they get low, and add items for my planned meals as I write them on the meal planner.

If you have a nook, pepperplate.com is pretty easy to use on there. Otherwise, I just add recipes from allrecipes.com or manually from my laptop. The upside to using the nook is that you have your shopping list with you.
