Newby Just started working out today

Did not get as much time at the gym day one but did OK with what time I had... 45 Minutes of Cardio... 30 on Eliptical... 10 on bike and 5 in the pool for cool down.
Why is there no option for eliptical in the excercise options...
Just my rant...

    Congrats on Day One!! Great start to your new "life". Search for "Elliptical Trainer". It is there.

    I had tried by el ell... But then I added trainer (after your suggestion) and viola... Very cool and Thank You very much!!!

    I have to loose weight to keep up with my twin 3 1/2 year old boys and 19 month Daughter...
