New here and wondering what you take to maintain healthy muscles and nerves while dieting/exercising? So far I started Vit D3 (critical low level), MG adn Fish Oil. Also plz state why if you can on the supplements? I have MS and need to be concerned about not stressing my body out too much in the beginning, and only on day 4. Thanks

10,000IU of Vit D, 4 times a week. I feel so much better with decent Vit D levels. I notice I get colds less often. They are finding Vit D has anti-infection properties. I also take Mag, biotin, probiotic, and melatonin.
Well wishes for you and managing your MS.0 -

Fish oil is the only must. Get blood work done to find out what other vitamins you need to supplement.0

None, but I understand that you have MS so need to take what your doctor has you taking.0
