This morning I had to give my girlfriend a little kick in the *kitten*. And after I read it, I thought it might inspire some of you to take a look at the benefits of valuing positive thinking. You know how they say "Good always overcomes Evil"? Good thinking can always overcome your negatives ones! Be inspired!!! Love, Me!

"Your weight is a big part of your mentality. You govern your self-worth on it a lot and are easily depressed by it. I think you should change your mentality back to what is was late last spring when you told me how much you loved yourself regardless of your appearance. It was that mind frame that took you into this whole perseverance of "what do I deserve" and "what can I do to get the things I deserve"? You then advanced yourself into an "I'm worth it" mentality. You lost weight, exercised, were inspired to write and do creative things that were inspired by YOU and the life you wanted and needed, a healthy one, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I remember that Kathy... but something happened when you got your kids back and Brian started being more of a prick and then you met Eric... You reverted back to a Kathy that is fixated on the negatives. The stress of your children, the abuse from Brian, the not feeling up to par with Eric.

STEP IT UP KATHY!!! It's not about "I'm fat" and "I'm tired" and "I miss Eric" --- I'm not trying to be mean about your trials and tribulations, but know the Kathy that inspired me last year to think more of myself and that I'm good enough for John and most certainly more than good enough! And that's because of you telling me to take my name and do it justice. So I'm going to tell you what you told me last year:

Your name is KATHERINE!!! That's not "Katherine the Weak", that's not "Katherine the Small", that's KATHERINE THE EFFING GREAT!!! Take whatever mind set you've been having for the last couple of months and dump it in the effing trash. You deserve a mentality that says, "You are beautiful" and "You deserve beautiful everything"... That's a HEALTHY Kathy mentally, physically, and spiritually. No surgery is going to give you that. No amount of love from someone else is going to make you feel that way. Only YOU can do it. SNAP OUT OF IT!!! So what are you going to do about it?

BTW I love you x Don't be mad... LOL"

Check out my blog and hopefully I can be an inspiration to you: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/sillymoobags/view/a-motivating-email-18282

I love it! This is remarkably similar to a kick-in-the-pants email I just sent to a guy friend of mine who has been, basically, moping about how miserable his life is for the past 6 years. I reminded him that the only person responsible for his happiness and his life is HIM.

I hope my friends would do the same for me.

Hahaha... I wrote the email above... LOL

I call myself "Silly Moo" because that's what a good friend uses as a pet name for me. So it's my own personal thingy I guess. My real name is "Helen" so last year when my friend Kathy was inspiring me, she said to do my name justice... that "Helen" is "Helen of Troy" where a war was fought over her because she was just that awesome! So that's what I've done for her today! Good friends are Great! ~ Cheers!
