You can find the potato hack threads on MDA under "EAT MOAR TATERS" and Free The Animal by searching potato diet. On 12/12 I started the potato hack and weighed 206.8. 12/13 I weighed 203, and this morning I weighed 201.6. I am sure the 3lb drop was do to some major water weight after indulging in a giant hamburger and fries over the weekend. However, I eat pretty high carb, so it is not do to glycogen stores being depleted either. The other threads I mentioned go into greater depths into why and how this works. It is NOT a long term solution, but it got rid of the bloat I had for almost a week.

it has, but seeing as though I have been eating 1200cal for the week and not dropping... there has to be some magic to the potato. I ate 1200cal worth of russet and LOST... maybe I was do for a woosh... but, I am not bloated anymore!2

Why would you do a modest calorie deficit when you could just cut out foods you enjoy?0 -
Maybe the magic is complex carbs ....0

But.... there's science, and stuff I promise! Lol Honestly, this is JUST a hack.... I'm not gonna live on potato's for the rest of my life, guys, honestly! But... definitely worth it to loose the 5 pounds of bloat... I feel 10x better.2
