Motivation is Fizzing...Need Help to Get Focused Again!!

Hi all. So, I have lost 40 lbs since January 2012. I had been doing great up until about 1 1/2 months ago. I dont know what exactly changed. I am still watching what I eat for the most part, but the exercise portion is becoming a struggle. I just don't seem to have the motivation that I had before. I am so scared that the weight is going to come back on and the love handles are going to start showing their ugly face again. Every morning I grab my sides where my love handles used to be hoping that they are not appearing again. I just can't seem to get into the "groove" again and I definately don't want to fall off the wagon b/c I am very happy w/ my body right now. I would like to lose another 10 lbs, but staying at this weight would be fine too. The other issue is that I am trying to get pregnant w/ #4 and I am afraid to work out as much as I had been b/c I am having some screwed up cycles as it is and sometimes extensive exercise can do more damage.

Any words of encouragement or support is greatly needed.....:bigsmile:

    What were you doing for workouts?

    You could certainly benefit by walking which shouldn't be so stressful on your body that it affects your cycles.

    I am currently doing a variety of exercises. I run/walk, eliptical trainer, Wii Biggest Loser (yoga, box fit, strength), and Jilian Michaels 30-day shred (once a week).

    What is your calorie goal? I would think that has more to do with your cycle being off than the exercise, unless you are doing a couple hours a day.
