Frustration leading to depression

I am so frustrated. I had these BIG lofty goals to lose 10-12 lbs a month. I have not lose one single lb in the past 30 days. I kick box 3-5 times a week, just added the 30 day shred and I'm on day 9. I cut carbs out for two weeks after Thanksgiving and just lost what I added around Thanksgiving and decided to just try to continue to eat in a healthy lifestyle I can live with.
I just don't know what to do - eat at 1200 calories, eat the TDEE, eat low carb, clean eating. I don't know what will work with my body - I have some thyroid issues - ran out of my medication a month ago and wanted to go without it - I wasn't losing any weight while on the medication either.
I have never been so focused or so driven to lose the weight and adding consistent exercise - and seeing no results on the scale. Yes, some results with inches, but not many.
I find I am not getting any work done (good think I work for myself) and just have become obsessed with what will work for me. I really need support. We're going to Mexico to get married in April 2013 - I am terrified of the camera, but getting fun 'trash the dress' wedding pictures and I really want to enjoy those moments and pictures.
I don't know what to do to get the scale to budge.

Weight is not the only metric for evaluation - have any measurements changed?
It might just take a few small adjustments to your eating habits - not all carbs are bad and they can fuel your workouts. Try to research complex carbs vs simple carbs.
Some tweaking might do the trick.
I was on a 3 month plateau and I have lost three pounds over the past week - peaks and valleys!
Best of luck to you.0 -
I would recommend thyroid testing again. Just to rule that out.0
