I am finally committed to losing weight the healthy way. The one big issue I am running into is food. My issue is that I am trying to lose weight and eat healthier, while my husband (140lbs with an insane metabolism) is trying to bulk up, but also eat healthier. Does anyone have ideas or recipes that would accomplish this (and stay on a modest budget)?

Portion control. There aren't diet foods, just quantity you eat of any food. My hubby is on the "see food" diet so he eats as much as he wants of whatever I cook. I measure my portions and usually skip the potato, rice, pasta portion of meals.0
