was reading this and thought others might find it interesting. gives some sodium and cal counts for popular food items from different menus and offers alternative choices. :drinker:

    Those are pretty insane numbers, but to be expected at restaurants and fast food joints. Bloat city!

    It was pretty funny, my hubby and I were out at a local chain restaurant, pulled up their nutrition menu on my phone to help him figure out what he was going to have, he nearly fell out of the booth when I started reading the sodium and fat levels in most of his favorite choices, lol.

    LOL now THAT was funny. It looked so odd...but I can imagine it being just like a salted pretzel..add some onion and chives in it and I'm sold!
