There are a buch of web sites you can enter the ingredients in and it will tell you the info per serving. Here is an example of one http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp, there are better ones out there as well.

I haven't tried it yet, but it does sound good. Here's the recipe:
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef sirloin tip roast, cut into 1-in cubes
    3 cups cubed, peeled potatoes
3 celery ribs cut into 1-in pcs
1 1/2 cups cubed, peeled sweet potatoes
3 large carrots, cut into 1-in pcs
1 lg onion cut into 12 wedges
    1 cup cubed, peeled rutabaga
1 envelope reduced-sodium onion soup mix
    2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup water
    1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
In a large resealable bag, combine the beef, vegetables, soup mix and seasonings. Seal bag, shake to coat evenly. Transfer to a Dutch oven or 13X9X2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. (Pan will be very full) Pour water over the beef mixture.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir in tomatoes. Bake uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring after 25 minutes, or until beef and vegetables are tender. Yield: 6 servings. From: Taste of Home Comfort Food Diet Cookbook

    Bon Apetite!!
