hello all

Hi all. I'm a little over a week into using MFP and I love it. I signed up to track my nutrition and it has been an eye opener! I've been working out 3x a week for the last 13 months and have plateaued. I need to start getting more disciplined with eating better if i want to improve.

Admittedly, I have a pretty unhealthy body image (yes, guys struggle with that too) and I'm also hoping by getting more involved on forums such as this, I can learn how others deal with similar challenges.
