Need Some Input, y'all.

Hey, y'all!
I just wanted some input from you fine folks concerning some "cardio" and whether or not I should log it as actual exercise. I work a pretty high energy retail job, especially around the holidays. At some points, I actually break a sweat and I'm constantly squatting down and reaching up (I work in a bookstore). Should I log any of this? I generally work 5 days a week and I am up on my feet walking around the store anywhere from four to seven hours, depending on the length of my shift. I'm just sort of caught in the middle of the logging and not logging aspect of it.

Get a pedometer or an app that count steps and convert it to distance.0

Don't log it as exercise, do make sure that your activity level is correct in your account setting though.0
