Are complex carbs good for weight loss? I am having.PCOS and my carb intake is 250 grams per day with net calories of 2000...... is it fine to take those many carbs?

Generally it's suggested that a low carb diet works well for women with PCOS. Try lowering your carbs and see how you feel. Make sure you give it a reasonable amount of time like a few weeks to a month, not a few days.0
