    Looks like you've got the lasagna covered.

    I LOVE ham and have it at Christmas. If you don't glaze it and make sure to cut the fat off your pieces, it's not terrible for you. I try to load up on veggies (steamed, raw, or roasted with just a little oil/salt/pepper) and combine that with the ham and a starch (usually potatoes or squash). This one is about portion control and loading up on the veggies.

    Sadly the ham is going to be glazed. I don't have a food scale so how can I tell if I am serving too much?
