I don't have a lot of time in the morning, or at lunch. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for quick protein?

Prepare boiled eggs in advance, or bring a stick of cheese, grab and go.0

There are countless protein bars out there. And protein shakes that are premade/in bottles. And it doesn't really take any time at all to make a protein shake of your own and they tend to taste better/cater to your taste. Greek yogurt is good too. I often make my protein shakes with greek yogurt. Adds another 12 grams of protein and thickens up the shake nicely0

Do you have time at nite to cook up a batch of grilled cutlets, mix up some tuna with avocado? I'll throw protein on top of some salad greens in a Tupperware container then grab it from the frig and go in the morning.0

I make my own protein bars on the weekend and put them in baggies for the week. Helps me a lot0
