6 week/lenten detox
for six weeks im getting hardcore about my diet. I have been almost off the wagon recently and i cant afford to be off the wagon. so I am cleaning and greening my eating as much as I can for 6 weeks-and beyond. So I expect to be a mean/edgy joani for about a week...My NO NOS now are
White anything-bread, rice, pasta, sugar, salt(of course i dont mean completely for salt cause u die with out it)
Processed foods-never was a fan to begin with but no more subway unlss its a veggie
Excessive sweets-again wasnt a fan but fruot with fage works fine
Nothing from a drive thru-even the "healthier" options
Limited dairy-only fat free(enter fage!!)
Diet Soda-or any soda-but cant give up coffee and tea
Any Pizza/pasta/bad carbs-only whole grains I make
No booze
NO FRIED ANYTHING
of course the standards-no trans fat, red meat, saturated fat, anything else that harms your body I may have left out.
It wont be easy nor will I be perfect at first but its GO TIME!!!!
