Snacking.

With having weight loss surgery a few months back, it's recommended I eat a few meals throughout the day. Sometimes, I'm just not hungry though. I've limited myself to 3 meals a day with no snacking, and it fills me up. I've seen multiple posts, where individuals are saying thrush eat up to 5 small meals a day.
Do I just force myself to eat, or am I going okay with just the 3 meals?

If you're not hungry don't eat. Just be sure you are getting your minimum requirements in i.e. protein, I personally eat 3 meals and 1-2 snacks most days. I had gastric bypass nearly 4 1/2 years ago, I lost 120 lbs in the first year or so but have been stagnant for the last 3(have not gained any back but can't seem to get rid of anymore). This is partly due to my lack of exercise routine, but trying to change that.0
