Any recipes for post-op bariatric stage 4?

Hi am new to Myfinesspal.
My name is Rita, I am 52 and I wanted to know if anyone has any good ideas for post-op bariatric vertical sleeve surgery. Is there a separate board where I can check on that?
All in all I have lost 26 pounds and of course I am on my journey and want to do everything right.

I am a little over 2 weeks after surgery and was just put on stage 4 foods. This means I can eat only certain things such as ground turkey, chicken, string cheese, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes and stage 1 Baby food. Everything has to be moist and so I have to make fat free gravy's or a low fat moist sauces.
Any feedback is greatly welcome and appreciated.
