help?

Ok, so i started out weighing 237 lbs, list all the way down to 200 doing basic taebo and walking and running.. Then my weight loss halted, a few weeks later i started losing again, only 5 lbs, then i was introduced to jillian Michaels, i did the 30 ds and lost 26 inches a
No actual weight on my scale, so then last month, November i did ri30, went all the way to week 3 and seen no visible change and the inches didn't move and the scale did, i went from 184 to 180, i then started the 30ds again 2.5 Weeks ago. I'm now 178 withmaybe 2 inches off, so heres my issue, I'm getting bored doing the 30ds and ri30 didn't give me a reason to stick around, i have developed muscle definition, you can clearly see it in my arms, u don't want to lose what little muscle I've gained, but i was going to try some of her other dvds [i asked for alot of them for Christmas) . Which ones would be good? Should i attempt to just go for total weight loss and ignore the muscle definition for now? I know I've got alot of fat to still lose. I did the banish fat boost metabolism tonight and there is no weights in that .. I just need help to figure this our, i don't want all my " muscle to go away"
