Hello,

I'm currently having a combination dish 4x a week, its the foundation for my current macro goals. Just wondering on advise for quite a novice cook on how to change it up abit or add some different methods?

I currently just cook all of the below separately and mix all together at end.

Also i cook in bulk so it can last for 4 days. I work 2pm to 10pm so i need something i can prepare and reheat in microwave.

Omelet Part
- 2x Eggs (whole)
- 4x Egg Whites
- 5g Butter

Chicken Part
- Chicken Breast, 175g, i dice up and cook in wok.
- Marinate in Chilli and seasoning.

Rice part
- 100g cooked in rice cooker

Veggie part
- 1 cup Steamed mix veg - broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

All mixed together just before work, and re heated at work.
