I got this scale that measures your weight (obviousy) and your percent of weight from fat, muscle and water. Mine were (with my clothes on) about 157 pounds, 29% fat, about 32% muscle and 51% water... I know it adds up to over 100 but that's what it gives me... Anyway, what do these measurements mean? Do they sound remotely accurate or should I take my scale back? Are these normal or unhealthy measurements if so? Oh! And I'm a female, 19, 5'7.5

I'm not sure what the measurements should be...
Scales can't accurate measure those things. However they are good as a gauge but they won't be totally accurate.0
