I'm Julia!
About eight months ago, my weight was about 170 lbs due to living with a midwestern, food-loving family. Since moving to California, I've dropped a lot of weight and developed anorexia. I'm currently 115 lbs (5'4"), but I'm not happy with what I'm doing to my health and my well-being. My New Year's resolution this year is to over-come this disorder and build a happier, healthier me. I'm fairly certain that this site can help me achieve that.
If you can deal with minuscule calorie counts until January 7th (and I only say that because I'm getting my wisdom teeth out on the 28th, yikes!), I'd be more than happy to become friends. It'd be nice to have some motivation and support!

Hi Julia.
There are people here who are trying to gain, maintaining weight AND losing.
It's all about developing a healthy relationship with food (and in my case learning portion control!) and exercise.
