I am 5'1 and 122 lbs and have been eating between 1300 and 1450 calories per day for 50 days. I've only lost 2 lbs and my BMI per my Tanita scale hasn't changed at all. Before last week I was exercising 30 min per day three days per week. I've been doing the P90X videos for a week now which are 60 min 6 days per week to see if it makes a difference. So far nothing. What am I doing wrong???? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

are you eating adequate calories to compensate for the P90X?
even 1450 sounds too low if you are working out at that level for an hour 6 days a week. your body needs fuel to run.0 -
Just keep it up. Sometimes our bodies are slow in responding to change. But when it does, you should see a difference. Good luck!0

Hi. Yes I wear my heart rate monitor and then eat the calories it tells me I used. Usually between 400 and 600.0

My friend does P90X and said that the instructions say you may not lose weight because you are building muscle.0
