Hi all,
For those of you that are taking or have used creatine, did you follow the directions from the manufacturer or did you have to make adjustments based on weight and/or other factors? The directions are always one size fits all.
There are dozens of sources online but many of them offer conflicting information.
Firsthand experiences would certainly help!

I take 5 Grams Micronized Creatine once a day every day. Since your body naturally produces creatine I would not factor in your weight.0

Take 5 grams and you'll be all set. Take plenty of water!0

Make sure you're taking creatine monohydrate. It's the cheapest and most effective.
Take 5g a day every day as long as you're lifting weights for the rest of your life. No need to load, no need to cycle, no need to complicate things.
Some would say 3g/ day is enough (it probably is), but I personally take 5g to be on the safe side, and also just in case I forget to take it once in a while.
Just take the 5g every day and forget that you're even taking it.0 -
Don't forget that the scale is going to shoot up a few pounds! It's just from the extra water being drawn into your muscles.0

You tend to gain less water weight and waste less product in your pee if you don't load with the four times daily regime, just do the 5g a day routine.0

5g a day for a month, then 3-5g 4x a week for maintenance0 -

this is what i do... dont load or cycle, however i sometimes choose to take like a month off from it to see if the creatine has any affect on gains because for some people creatine monohydrate does nothing.0 -
