Personally, I first bought it because I own a baby hedgehog and they get dry skin, so I added a little bit to her bath water to help moisturize her! But after looking into it, I started using it in place of veggie/olive oil, as a conditioning treatment for my hair, and to shave! It makes my legs so silky! :)

I just started added this to what I eat but I wondered if it would be okay to use in a deep fryer.

It would probably work, if that's what you are asking. But deep frying foods is not particularly healthy. Heating oil to high temperatures causes a breakdown in good parts of the oil and creates nasty chemicals that you take in when you eat the products cooked in those oils.

Yeah I think I am going to avoid it. We don't deep fry things that often and now I think i am going to avoid them altogether since it really doesn't fit into the changes I would like to make. Thanks for the reply!

I've been thinking about trying this. I've heard lots of great benefits!

    But....autism??? Hmmmm?
