good to know !!! I know my hairdresser just lost about 30 lbs by snacking on nuts and cheese in between meals. Only
a small amount of them, but she is still losing and didn't have to exercise to reach her goal. I do find if I eat a handful
of nuts, it keeps me from eating too much when mealtime comes.

I think eating something healthy every 3 hours keeps your metabolism high. Protein, fiber, good carbs, good fats- and they all help keep you satiated.0

Now only if I would just do it! I would rather run 5 miles than give up sugar! A terrible addiction that has my weight bouncing up and down but I just don't stop! Stupid! I know.0
