Does anyone know how many calories are in yellow and orange peper strips? The strips are are raw they are not cooked. Peper went on sale so i bought some i just have no clue how many calories are in them? Thanks for the help.

You will have to weight them so you know how much your eating and the database should have entries for raw yellow, orange bell pepper0

About 1-2 calorie per strip. There's about 40-50 calories in an entire pepper so perhaps just measure according to how much of the whole pepper you're eating since depending on your knife skills strips can be different sizes0

One of my favorite snacks! Usually when I cut mine up, I eat about 1/4 of a pepper at a time - find the whole pepper in the database that most closely matches the size of the one you're cutting up, and log is as 1/4 or whatever amount you're using. One of my favorite veggies to dip in hummus!0

They are in the database as strips as well as by weight, there is selector for changing the units.0
