Whey Supplements as Snacks?

Hello all,

I just have a quick questions about drinking 100% whey supplants as my 'snacks' for my daily meal plan.

My meal plan: (3 hour break in between)

*breakfast
--snack
*lunch
--snack
*dinner
--snack - sometimes.

- Just wondering if i should pick up whey supplements or just keep my fruits and nuts for the snack parts.
- I also heard that picking up omega-3 supplements/pills and taking them every day can help lose body fat.?

  • are you talking about whey protein powder? it's good stuff, but doubtful it's necessary to replace all of your snacks with it.

    omega 3's are good for you...very good for you, but will not help you lose fat.
