As the title says trying to figure out if it's high or low aerobics in order to log exercise correctly

    I always count it as a high level of activity. That one probably burns a few more calories on average than her other videos, due to the plyometric and jump training.

    Circuit 3 (the one with the high knees, jumping jacks and butt kicks) is a killer.

    I would say high if you're giving it your all, low if you're modifying (ie not jumping).
