So yea it has been determined that I have been working out way too much. I need to figure out how and what I can eat. And how much i should be eating. Currently it has been determined that I am working out way too much. I am a 6'0 male about 228 currently goal is 185ish. I calculated my BMR it was 2250 and my TDEE was 8100. I dont know if I was using the calculator right or not, but I was currently working out 4-5 hours per day. I will be decreasing that immediately recalculated and got 6700 which is probably still high but i think im kinda using it wrong. Any hep would be appreciated

An hour a day is more than enough exercise unless you're in training as a professional athlete. You're using whatever calculator wrong if you're getting numbers like that.0

Dang, 4-5 hours a day?? You could definitely cut back and still get great results. Probably better results. If you have specific questions, feel free to PM Dan (the dude who wrote the post I linked you to) - he's always glad to help!0 -

is a link to a page that will explain and give calculators to get your BMR and TDEE so you know how many calories you should be eating.
Someone also created a spreadsheet which you can use to calculate your activity levels more specifically than on MFP process. The link is:

As for the exercise, I have no real knowledge but I should imagine that the amount you have been doing is definitely OTT. I think you realise this though.
