So yea it has been determined that I have been working out way too much. I need to figure out how and what I can eat. And how much i should be eating. Currently it has been determined that I am working out way too much. I am a 6'0 male about 228 currently goal is 185ish. I calculated my BMR it was 2250 and my TDEE was 8100. I dont know if I was using the calculator right or not, but I was currently working out 4-5 hours per day. I will be decreasing that immediately recalculated and got 6700 which is probably still high but i think im kinda using it wrong. Any hep would be appreciated
