Hello my name is Mrs. X I want to be sexy and seductive again. My goal is to lose 20 lbs to be a health weight.
I started losing weight the first couple of weeks I was tracking calories and I have been doing my push ups and sit ups but now the weight is back were I started. Do you think it could be that I am gaining muscle?
