You can add me too Although I only give advice when solicited. I'm not sure I have the most healthy living tips. I am a slow-and-steady-wins-the-race type of girl. I don't lose multiple pounds a week (more like 1-2 pounds a month) but I KEEP it off and that's what's important. No fad diets! Always looking for friends!0

Hi,
My diary is open and I log daily and I try to eat as clean as possible I rarely buy processed food and therefore cook my meals from scratch. Currently doing 30 Day Shred.
I am losing 1lb a week steadily and am more concerned with changing my lifestyle to a healthy sustainable one than seeing a quick fix result.
