181 to 161 in 3 months

I lost 20 pounds and a total of 25 inches in 3 months. I went from 181 lbs to 161 lbs. All it took was watching my calorie intake using MFP and incorporating daily cardio/weight exercise for at least a half hour 6 days a week during Power 90. If I can do it, anyone can! I'm currently on Week 6 of P90X! Feel free to add me :)
