Hello eveyone i have been doing zumba for a year now and at the end of last month i was experiencing very bad pain in my feet.. Went to doctor and he said i have plantar faciitis which is the inflammation of tissue in the foot which causes serious heel pain.. He also said i needed to take a break from zumba which i understand cause i need my feet, but im bout to go crazy without my zumba lol... i need new shoes for one thing which i cant get till after Christmas and the gym that i go to has a concrete floor which doesnt help and the doctor really didnt think that was a good idea either...What can i do to speed up my recovery besides streching, and icing with little to no money so i can get back to my daily zumba routine? Also im wondering if its ok to put icy hot on the bottom of my feet? Has anyone ever experienced this????
