ohhhh help!!!

i havent been to the gym for about a month now due to ill health ( currently waiting for thyroid function and ECG results to determine cause) previously id been going for 8 months and weight training/ cardio 6 days a week ( its killing me not being able to go) i reached my goal of 150lbs just before i left and since then 3.5lbs has crept back on BUT whats worse is my tone seems to have gone and i look more like ive gained 10+lbs than 3!! im dieting again to lose the weight but why do i look and feel so huge and what can i do to stop it all going flabby...i worked so hard :sad:

  • I promise you that the major physical changes are all in your head, because you had a month where you couldn't do your routine you begin to see flaws that you assume have crept up but aren't really there.

    3lbs are nothing, focus on your diet while you can't exercise and within a week you'll be fine!
